We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Executive with over 10 years of expertise in sales, marketing, live chat, and customer support. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in handling customer queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication: Demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and convince clients. Maintain a polite, gentle demeanor and exhibit patience.
- Customer Support: Handle customer queries with exceptional listening skills and provide impactful, actionable solutions. Ensure high-quality resolution of customer issues.
- Sales & Marketing: Utilize extensive experience to achieve sales targets and contribute to marketing strategies.
- Technology & Tools: Proficient in using computers, with good typing speed and accuracy. Communicate effectively via phone, SMS, and email.
- Problem-Solving: Employ strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Documentation: Skilled in writing and documenting customer interactions with a focus on query resolution.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, marketing, live chat, and customer support.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of computer operations and typing accuracy.
- Learning & Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies to enhance performance and deliver the best results.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
