Manual & Automation QA Executive
We are seeking a highly experienced Manual & Automation QA Executive with over 10 years of expertise in both manual and automated QA testing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of testing methodologies, and a proven track record in ensuring high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- QA Testing: Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure software quality. Perform basic security and performance testing as needed.
- Communication: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Report bugs and errors effectively to development teams.
- Reporting & Documentation: Track defects, create and maintain detailed testing reports. Develop and update test cases in alignment with project requirements and schedules.
- Project Management: Apply project management skills to coordinate testing activities. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and manage testing tasks.
- Testing Tools & Methodologies: Utilize tools like Selenium, WebDriver, jMeter, and Jenkins. Experience with stress and performance testing is a plus. Familiar with End-to-End testing, web application and API testing, and batch processes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality software delivery by adhering to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) best practices. Create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement and manage test management platforms. Apply knowledge of quality improvement tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Manual and Automation QA testing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Selenium, WebDriver, jMeter, and experience with automation testing. Familiarity with Jira DevOps Board, Agile Methodology, and code versioning tools like GitHub and GitLab.
- Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Learning & Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies to deliver the best product.
- Additional Skills: Proven organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Detailed understanding of QA methodologies and testing concepts.
