Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst for a full-time, permanent position open only to U.S. Citizens. This role is ideal for candidates who bring a blend of analytical rigor, machine learning knowledge, and data visualization skills, coupled with a strong foundation in Python development and DevOps tools.
You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive insights, design automated analytics pipelines, and support strategic decision-making through clear, actionable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling

Perform advanced data exploration, cleansing, and statistical analysis using Python and industry-standard libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).

Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve predictive and classification problems.

Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and interpret results in business context.
Visualization & Reporting

Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize trends and performance metrics.

Maintain data models and semantic layers for self-service analytics.

Present data-driven insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
DevOps & Automation

Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement data pipeline automation, CI/CD for analytics, and containerized deployment of ML models.

Use Git, Docker, and cloud-native tools (AWS/Azure/GCP) to streamline development and deployment workflows.
Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship (Required due to data compliance and security regulations).

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

3–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

Proficient in:

Python for data analysis and ML (pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)

Machine Learning fundamentals and application

Power BI dashboard/report development

DevOps tools such as Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines

Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
Preferred Skills

Experience working on government, federal, or DoD-related projects.

Knowledge of cloud services like AWS S3, Azure Data Factory, or Google BigQuery.

Familiarity with MLOps tools and model monitoring.

Certification in Microsoft Power BI, AWS, or DevOps tools is a plus.
